Camping Allweglehen GmbH, as the operator of the website www.allweglehen.de, endeavours to design its website in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG)& applicable technical standards to make it accessible. The following accessibility statement applies to www.allweglehen.de.

Compliance with regulations

This accessibility statement applies in accordance with the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the Disability Equality Act (BGG).

Accessibility status

The website www.allweglehen.de meets many requirements & is therefore partially compliant and largely meets the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. However, some parts of the content are not completely accessible. We strive for full compliance & are continuously working to remove any remaining barriers.

Areas that are accessible:

The website is clearly structured (navigation, menus)
Text content is provided in an easily readable form
Images & logos have alt text, where verifiable
Contact information is clearly visible & easily accessible: address, email, telephone number
Imprint, data protection, terms & conditions, etc. are available

Known limitations/still in progress:

Individual images may have insufficient or missing alternative text.
Content displayed in interactive elements (e.g. drop-down menus, sliders, carousels) may contain obstacles to operation for screen readers or keyboard navigation.
The colour contrast of some text against backgrounds may not be optimal in all cases (e.g. with overlaid images or icons).
Text in images may not always be stored as text and therefore may not be accessible to screen readers.
Mobile display and responsive behaviour: some navigation elements or menus may be more difficult to use on smaller screens.

Measures for improvement

The following steps are planned or are already being implemented to remove the remaining barriers:

Self-test &/or external accessibility audit by experts, e.g. BITV test.
Revision & addition of missing alt texts & labels
Testing & if necessary, improvement of the keyboard usability of all interactive elements
Adjustment of colour contrasts in accordance with WCAG guidelines for better readability
Ensuring that all content is also accessible in mobile versions
Regular review & updating of the declaration & content.

Enforcement procedure

We always endeavour to resolve all concerns to your satisfaction. However, if you disagree with our response to your accessibility concern or if we do not respond to your request within a reasonable period of time, you have the option of initiating an enforcement or arbitration procedure in accordance with the statutory provisions. No special arbitration procedure via an official body (e.g. under the Disability Equality Act) is prescribed for private companies. However, you can contact the relevant market surveillance authorities, which will monitor compliance with the accessibility requirements of the BFSG from 28 June 2025. However, we recommend that you contact us directly first (see contact details above). In most cases, questions & problems can be resolved through direct dialogue.
