When can I arrive and when do I have to leave my pitch on the day of departure?

Arrival at the camping resort for a pitch is possible from 11:00 a.m.
On the day of departure, our guests must vacate the pitch by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

How do the categories of pitches differ?

There are currently three categories at our resort, all of which have water & electricity supplies at every pitch. This means that the categories currently only differ in terms of location & size. The location can be seen on our site map, & the size is displayed during the online booking process.

What should I do if I arrive at the resort outside of reception hours?

If you have a reservation for a parking space, please be sure to contact the reception desk in advance. An envelope for late arrivals will be posted on the information board at the reception desk, & check-in will take place the next day. If you have not made a reservation, please park in one of the two motorhome parks below the resort and come to the reception desk the next day. When the restaurant is open, our service staff will also be happy to help you.

What is the minimum stay for a booking?

Currently, only bookings of three nights or more are possible during the high season. Outside of the holiday periods in the low season, blocks are released that allow for a two-night stay.

How can I reserve a parking space?

We at the reception always recommend booking online in advance. Here, our guests can enter their desired booking period themselves & immediately see which spaces are still available. Otherwise, you are also welcome to send us an email request. Unfortunately, we cannot take bookings by phone.

Do I have to reserve a parking space?

We definitely recommend booking in advance, especially during the peak seasons. For spontaneous stays at Allweglehen, we ask that you contact us on the day of arrival (by phone or email) so that our guests can be sure that a space will be available on site.

How is the price calculated?

Our prices at the resort are made up of the following components:

Pitch category
Number of people (+ pets)
Visitor's tax
Electricity (according to consumption)
Environmental contribution

Which pitches have a mountain view?

As the resort is terraced, you can always say that you have a view of the surrounding mountains. Due to the layout, some terraces face in different directions than others. For example, our terraces above the large sanitary facilities face towards Untersberg, while terraces such as “Kehlstein” or “Watzmann” face towards Watzmann & Hochkalter. Our site plan provides an overview of the exact location of the pitches.

How do I get there?

On the main road between Berchtesgaden & Salzburg, our entrance to the resort is located in the Unterau district at the intersection with Rossfeld Panoramastraße. There is a large Allweglehen flag at the intersection. A single-lane road with plenty of passing places leads up the small hill to our motorhome parking spaces. Once you have passed these, there is a hairpin bend leading to the reception... & your well-deserved vacation can begin.

What disposal facilities are available on site?

Upon arrival/departure, you can either empty your waste (gray water & chemical toilet) or refill your water at the upper motorhome park. Otherwise, there is a Camper Clean under the pool area at the resort & a small door next to it where you can also refill & empty your waste. During the winter months, the water at the sites is turned off & supplies are provided exclusively via this area.

Are dogs allowed?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome guests at Allweglehen. In addition to our dog shower & agility area, you will also find dog stations throughout the resort.
