How do I get to the sanitary buildings?

The sanitary buildings are freely accessible to our registered guests.

What facilities do the sanitary buildings have?

There are two sanitary buildings at the resort. The large sanitary building has showers, toilets, our disabled/family bathroom, drying room, washing machines, dryers, washing-up facilities, & rental bathrooms. The lower sanitary building, centrally located in the middle of the resort, also has showers, toilets, & washing-up facilities. There is also a waste disposal station & our dog shower.

How much does the wellness area cost?

For guests of the camping resort (excluding the motorhome park), the wellness area is included in the price.

How do I get to the wellness area?

For guests of the camping resort (excluding the motorhome park), the infinity pool is accessible via the wellness area or from outside. The wellness area is included in the price & can be visited with a sauna ticket. (Please note: a new sauna ticket is required every day, which you can obtain from reception).

When does the pool open?

The infinity pool is open all year round (heated to 32°C in winter). All current opening hours can be found here. 

What does the wellness area include?

Outdoor pool with mountain views (18 × 7 m)
Sauna area with panoramic sauna (95 °C), hay sauna (60 °C), infrared cabin, relaxation room with tea bar
Separate changing area (lockers available) & shower area

When is the pool heated?

This varies from year to year & depends on the outside temperature. The pool is generally heated from the beginning of October & the temperature then rises to 32°C, depending on the outside temperature.

How do I book a massage?

Flyers for our “Wellness Oim” are available at reception, where guests can find all the massage treatments available on different days of the week. Massages can be booked at reception. (Please note: massage bookings must be paid for in full, even if canceled at short notice, see terms & conditions).

Where do I go for massage treatments?

Our Wellness Oim is located on the edge of the resort, at the fork to the “Schönfeldspitze” & “Hoher Göll” terraces. The cottage is marked with the number 2 on the overview map.
